Tuxlocator is an embedded open source location tracking and navigation device. There are two major differences between Tuxlocator and commercial navigation systems:
- Tuxlocator is a thin client. All time-intensive calculation are done server side.
- Tuxlocator is open source. You can download the SDK and the sourcecode of Texlocator to improve and extend it to fit your requirements.
